Fidelity Investments unveiled plans this week to expand its hiring efforts and add 9,000 employees by year’s end to cater to a surge of new investors that have pushed the company’s assets to record heights.
The new jobs, along with recruiting efforts made earlier this year, will represent a twofold increase in hiring in 2021 compared to 2020, according to the Boston-based company.
