Freshworks, a rival to Salesforce.com , plans to list its shares on the Nasdaq.
Freshworks has filed to raise $100 million in an initial public offering. The San Mateo, Calif., company did not disclose how many shares it would sell or their price range. That will come with future filings. Its ticker will be FRSH, according to a prospectus filed on Friday.
